I've been a terrible blogger. A whole week since I blogged. There really hasn't been anything to talk about. I guess I'm in a slump. Have you ever felt like you are stuck in a rut in life and you don't know how to leave? What do you do to make yourself feel better about yourself? Do you shop, take a walk, or take a nap? Me, I eat when I am stressed, and boy, does it show. I never show pictures of myself anymore because I don't like what I look like right now. I took the plunge and joined Weight Watchers this week. I need something to keep me accountable.
